Creamy and crunchy, these fries are perfect for dipping into a spicy sauce.


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sriracha
  • Avocado oil spray
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 ripe avocados, cut in half, pit removed, sliced


  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Mix together mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl; set aside. Coat a baking sheet with avocado oil spray; set aside.
  2. In a shallow bowl mix together flour, salt, pepper and garlic. In a second shallow bowl whisk together egg and water. In a third bowl place breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat avocado slices with flour mixture, followed by egg and finally breadcrumbs. Place in a single layer on prepared pan. Spray generously with avocado oil; bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown; sprinkle with additional salt if desired. Serve with spicy sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
