This burger mixes the delicious taste of bacon into every bite!


  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. whiskey
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • ½ lb. bacon, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh ground coarse black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • Burger toppings like cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, as desired


  1. In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and whiskey; set aside.
  2. Heat grill gas grill to medium-high heat or charcoal until ashes are white.
  3. Mix together beef, bacon and salt; form into four patties. Press about ½ tablespoon into the outside of each burger patty.
  4. Grill burgers 5-7 minutes, flip and continue cooking 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. To assemble burger spread bottom bun with about 1 tablespoon BBQ spread, top with burger, desired toppings and top half of bun.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
