Description

Fresh, sweet Rainier cherries pair beautifully with the creaminess of burrata cheese for a unique addition to your next meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rainier Cherries, stemmed, pitted and quartered
  • 1 Serrano Pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 ball Burrata Cheese, (1 ball = 8 oz)
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • Crusty Bread

Directions

  1. In a bowl toss together cherries, peppers, onion, cilantro, salt and garlic.
  2. Place cherry mixture on serving plate. Top with burrata; garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh pepper. Serve with slices of crusty bread. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tips

Tip: The cherry salsa can also be served with fresh mozzarella cheese.
