Savory, sweet and crunchy, this lunch has it all in an easy to eat, utensil-free lunch.


  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 4 large multigrain tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded


  1. In the bowl of a food processor mix together cream cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; pulse until blended.
  2. Evenly divide cheese mixture between tortillas and spread in a thin layer. Top each with ¼ each cranberries, onion, pecans, spinach and chicken in thin even layers. Roll up burrito style and wrap in plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated.
