Hibiscus tea and watermelon lend a beautiful red color to this refreshing summer drink.


  • 2 bags Hibiscus Tea
  • 2 cups Tequila
  • 4 cups Seedless Watermelon, chopped
  • ¾ cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ cup Triple Sec
  • 10 Mint Leaves, slightly bruised
  • Lime Wedges
  • Flaky Salt
  • Mint Leaves


  1. Place tea bags in tequila and allow to steep 20 minutes at room temperature. Discard tea bags.
  2. Place watermelon in blender; blend until smooth.
  3. In a large pitcher mix together hibiscus tequila, watermelon puree, lime juice, triple sec and mint leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. To serve rub lime wedge on rim of a glass and dip in salt. Fill glass with ice; add margarita. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
