Ice Tea with Honey Peach Ice Cubes
Fresh juicy peaches blended with a bit of honey and frozen do double duty by cooling and adding flavor to unsweetened ice tea.
- Place peaches, lemon juice and honey in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh sieve to remove skins and solids. Transfer remaining liquid to ice cube trays. Freeze 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Transfer ice cubes to glasses or a pitcher and top with iced tea.
Adjust the sweetness to your taste depending on the peaches with more or less honey. Try using these ice cubes in sangria.
