You can make your own cold brew using your favorite local coffee beans.
- Place ground coffee beans in a large container. Cover with water; stir gently to blend.
- Cover container and allow to brew 12-18 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Rinse sieve, line with a coffee filter and repeat process to catch grinds.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
You can adjust the strength of the coffee by adding additional water when you serve if desired.
