Description
Try fusion at its finest with this grilled burger infused with the flavors of Korean BBQ and finished with quick spicy kimchi.

Directions
- For Kimchi, toss cabbage with sugar and salt. Let stand for about 5 minutes; rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
- Mix together pepper flakes, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Toss with cabbage; set aside.
- For burger, heat gas grill to medium-high heat or heat charcoal until ashes are white.
- In a bowl mix ground beef, green onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic until just blended. Divide into 4 patties.
- Grill burgers 6-8 minutes, flip and continue cooking 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- To assemble burger place burger patty bottom bun; top with 2 tablespoons kimchi and top half of bun. Refrigerate leftovers.
