Fruits, healthy fat and the power of green tea make this smoothie the best part of your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp. matcha powder
  • Toppings as desired like fresh berries, sliced banana, sliced mango, chia seeds, coconut chips, granola, nuts, etc.

Directions

  1. Place banana, avocado, almond milk and matcha powder in the base of a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tips

For a higher protein smoothie bowl add a scoop or your favorite protein powder or some Greek yogurt in the blender with the banana mixture.
