Elevate your game day table with these snackable salmon bites.


  • 10 oz sockeye salmon filet
  • 1 tsp southwest seasoning
  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • 1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • blue corn tortilla chips


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season salmon with southwest seasoning and place on baking sheet. Bake 8-11 minutes until fish flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  3. Mix together avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. To serve, place about 1 tablespoon avocado mixture on top of blue corn chips and add a generous flake of salmon.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.


These appetizers can be served with the salmon either warm or chilled.
