Description

Make your next party a fiesta with crispy wonton cups filled with seasoned ground beef and all your favorite taco fixings.

Ingredients

  • 36 wonton wrappers, trimmed to 3” squares
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pico de gallo
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeños

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray; place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup. Bake 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely and remove from pan.
  2. Heat a 12” skillet over medium-high heat; add oil. Cook onion, ground beef and spices, breaking apart beef until brown and cooked through.
  3. Spoon meat mixture into cups, top with desired toppings.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers.
