Orange Cranberry Baked Brie
Baked but not wrapped in pastry makes this crowd pleasing holiday appetizer is also gluten-free.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cut a piece of parchment paper into a round the same size as the brie. Carefully cut the top rind off the brie in one piece; leave resting on top of cheese.
- Place brie on the parchment paper on a baking pan and cook 13-15 minutes until warmed through and melty on the edges. While cheese is baking, heat jam in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat until pourable.
- Transfer brie to a serving plate, carefully remove top rind; pour over melted jam. Serve with crackers or bread.
If you can’t find orange cranberry marmalade, mix ¼ cup orange marmalade with ¼ cup cranberry sauce. You can also try topping with different flavors of jelly or jam, like jalapeno raspberry or peach.
