Marinate a piece of whitefish in a delicious sauce, cover it with thin orange slices, bake and serve.


  • 1 lb. halibut or cod filet
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 mandarin orange, thinly sliced


  1. Divide the fish into four 4 oz. portions.
  2. Arrange the fish in a large glass (nonreactive) pan.
  3. Arrange the orange slices on top of the fish.
  4. Pour the Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce over the fish.
  5. Chill covered for 1 hour, turning once.
  6. Preheat the grill.
  7. Cook the fish over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, and grill the orange slices for use as garnish.
  8. Serve with extra Soy Vay® Sauce and a squeeze or two of orange to each filet as desired.
  9. Discard any leftover marinade.
