Chocolate, peanut butter and pretzels… this salty sweet dessert has it all!


  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 pint Simple Truth™ Chocolate Ice Cream, slightly softened
  • 6 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ cup whipping cream


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together pretzels, brown sugar and butter. Press on bottom and up the sides of a 9” pie plate; set aside. Bake 7-8 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  3. In a bowl beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Slowly add whipping cream, beating until smooth.
  4. Spread ice cream in bottom of crust; top with peanut butter mixture. Place in freezer for at 1 hour before serving. Keep frozen.
