Dark chocolate and white chocolate collide with crushed peppermint candies and mini marshmallow in this tasty holiday candy.


  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 bag bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 20 each peppermint candies, crushed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In the top of a double boiler place white chocolate chips. Heat, stirring occasionally, until melted; add peppermint extract. Pour on prepared pan and spread in an even thin layer. Refrigerate until solid.
  3. Place dark chocolate chips in the top of the double boiler. Heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Pour on top of white chocolate; spreading evenly.
  4. Immediately top chocolate with candy pieces and marshmallows. Press gently into chocolate. Allow to cool until solid. Break into pieces; store in an airtight container.
