Description
Dark chocolate and white chocolate collide with crushed peppermint candies and mini marshmallow in this tasty holiday candy.

Directions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In the top of a double boiler place white chocolate chips. Heat, stirring occasionally, until melted; add peppermint extract. Pour on prepared pan and spread in an even thin layer. Refrigerate until solid.
- Place dark chocolate chips in the top of the double boiler. Heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Pour on top of white chocolate; spreading evenly.
- Immediately top chocolate with candy pieces and marshmallows. Press gently into chocolate. Allow to cool until solid. Break into pieces; store in an airtight container.
