Raspberry Jalapeño Brie Bites

Bite size nests of filo dough filled with melty brie get topped with a fresh raspberry jalapeño relish before serving.


  • 4 oz raspberries
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 7 ea. fillo dough sheets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. Brie, rinds removed, roughly chopped


  1. Heat oven 350°F. In a bowl, mix together raspberries, jalapeños, honey and salt. Mix to break up the raspberries; set aside. Spray or butter mini muffin tin.
  2. Layer 7 sheets of filo dough, brushing with butter between each sheet. Cut into 12 pieces; place in muffin tin cups. Evenly divide brie between the cups. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Top with raspberry mixture just before serving.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
