Roasted Strawberry Balsamic Sundaes
hulled and cut in half or quarters
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Toss strawberries with sugar and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until soft and juices are released. Transfer berry and juices to a storage container. Cool before using and store refrigerated.
- When ready to serve scoop ice cream into serving dish, top with desired amount of strawberries with juices and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
