Roasted Strawberry Balsamic Sundaes

  • 1 lb. strawberries, hulled and cut in half or quarters
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 pint Simple Truth™ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • Aged balsamic vinegar


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Toss strawberries with sugar and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until soft and juices are released. Transfer berry and juices to a storage container. Cool before using and store refrigerated.
  4. When ready to serve scoop ice cream into serving dish, top with desired amount of strawberries with juices and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
