Description

Smoked salmon folded into a creamy herb-filled dip is an easy, flavorful way to start any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • ¼ tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, flaked into bite size pieces

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in herbs, capers, garlic, salt and pepper. Gently fold in salmon.
  2. Serve with crackers, chips, bread or vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers.
