Description

Add a touch of Thanksgiving flair to oysters with this delicious stuffing recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup Chicken Stock, or Water
  • 1 cup Classic Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 16 Oysters, shucked

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add celery and onion, cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened. Add chicken stock until hot. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and parsley.
  2. Heat broiler to high. Place oysters in a single layer on baking sheet. Evenly divide stuffing mixture between oysters. Broil 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
