Bursting with Mediterranean flavors, this pasta dish is a hearty combination of shrimp, lime, tomatoes, feta, garlic and more.


  • 1 lb. fettuccine
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped with greens
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh-squeezed
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ½ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined


  1. Prepare pasta as directed.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic, scallions and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook for another 5 minutes. Add lime juice and feta cheese crumbles. Heat through just until the cheese softens. Toss together with fettuccine. Garnish with lime.
